Join our Tox Tribe membership for a streamlined experience, with a monthly fee of $250. This fee covers your comprehensive treatment every 90+ days and ensures consistent care. Your full-face correction includes the frontalis, glabella, nose, crow’s feet, chin, and/or jowls. For any additional treatments needed before the 90-day mark, we offer them at our standard rate of $15 per unit.

This membership has a commitment of 12 months.  If you would like cancel the membership before the end of the 12-month term, the difference in price for previous treatments at $15/unit will be due. Please note that membership benefits are non-transferable and non-refundable. However, you are welcome to explore other Fulcrum Aesthetics memberships while enjoying the Tox Tribe benefits. At the end of the 12 months, you will automatically begin a new membership cycle unless you cancel within 24 hours before the renewal date.

Patients are eligible for a complimentary touch-up/refinement of up to 4 units if they return within 14 to 21 days after initial treatment.  To qualify for a complimentary touch-up/refinement, patients must have received the recommended dose of neuromodulator as determined by their injector/service provider during the original appointment.  If a patient chooses not to receive the recommended dose at the original appointment, they will not be eligible for a complimentary touch-up/refinement. In such cases, any additional treatment during the touch-up/refinement appointment will be at the standard rate of $15 per unit.

For optimal results, schedule your touch-up/refinement at your initial visit and pre-book your 90+ day appointments. During your touch-up, our experts will review your progress and tailor any additional treatment to enhance your results.
